Dog Can't Move Back Legs

    its never easy to have to make the decision but sometimes we have to put our own feelings aside and do what's best for them. I hope she has a quick turnaround for your and your wife's sake but if she doesn't it may be time to let her go. We've all been there and it never gets easier but think of her little body not being able to move, she's not eating and she doesn't feel good rather she is showing it or not. She's so tiny she doesn't have much to fight with. She can't afford to not eat and loose weight. I pray things turn around for her, I hate to see anyone loose their pet

    It's possible, a small stroke similar to a TIA in people could have caused the fall, or a small seizure even....at that age it could have been anything.

    Very true. She actually walled a few steps last night woth some support. Very unsteady though.

    Spoke to neurologist today. Said there is a slight possibility it could be a tumor causing the very limited ability to walk. They think its a herniated disc but the fact she is not in any pain leads them to believe theres a chance its not a disc. Either way they said to stay on the prednisone and see if it improves.
