She does look a little bit on the larger side, you can score your cat using a body score chart to help get an idea of what's ideal. Below is one example of a body score chart.

Either way she's a beautiful looking cat

My husband has just admitted that the past month he has been giving her treats and LOTS of dry food during the night! I thought he was just overfeeding her chicken breast! No wonder she wasn't playing and running about as she usually does! She was bloated! Shes back to playing and running about now.

So h e is guilty of overfeeding her! As we have explained to you in previous threads, wet food is always better for cats who are willing to eat it. (I feed Daisy both to make sure she does not starve herself.)

Eden dry and I had some points so I also got three bags of Purizon dry. Thrive looks like a good dry food so I am going to get that so she will have Eden and Thrive for dry. Wet - Meowing Heads, Little BigPaw, Catz Fine Food and Lily's Kitchen. I found a food called Simpsons too that's looks good they have wet and dry I have not tried it yet though. Kind of researching raw but just not sure about it all yet.

I would not feed purina anything as they use rendered meat. Rendered meat is euthanaized dogs, cats, sick cattle, road kill ect. Even diseased animals with things like cancer are thrown in to the mix.

I feed Halo dry and Fromm duck when I can get it. Halo has many flavors to choose from and is a five star food.

Wet I feed natural balance packets, that also comes in many different flavors

Purina also is one of the companies that was involved in a massive pet food recall triggered by melamine poisoning in 2007, which killed thousands of cats and dogs.

I don't know about that movie, but saw Amazon sells a book about it. Truth About Pet Food has stories littered throughout about pets eqating melamine-tainrted food and dying.
