How should my new kitten be acting?

I just got a new kitty and shes a sweetheart but Ive noticed shes randomly gets really either scared or excited (I cant tell) and she runs around sometimes it seems like shes hiding from me but I cant tell. I guess what Im wondering is, is she hiding because shes afraid of me or is she playing?

Congratulations on adopting a new kitty! It i8s certainly exciting to learn all the ways to to take care of kittens, whether this is your first time or your tenth. When did you get her? What's her name and age?

The bipolar behavior could be her reactions to moving. She does not know what to do because she does not know where she is. Curios cats want to check out everything new unless it scares them and their natural instinct is to hide.

Awww, I love kittens that age. My first kitten (pictured as an adult) was 9 weeks old when I got her. Is she from a shelter?

Kittens are very playful and need a variety of toys. I learned the hard way kittens can get bored with a toy after a few weeks if they don't have anything else. When my cat was a kitten she played with her tail to entertain herself.
