Thumbs up My sister adopted a kitten

When I was visiting my sister and new BIL at their house in June, she said htey don't plan on getting any more pets because 2 dogs and 3 cats is enough.

What a difference a little black kitten makes. That was what they saw on their porch one day. Living in a small Mississippi town that is not close to any animal shelters, they called neighbors. There were no takers. Now all they can do is keep it inside as a permanent addition to their home. I will keep you updated when I learn more.

my daughter Beth, recently broke up with her long time boyfriend of 10 years, she has two part persien cats, where she moved to she can't have pets, I can't take them, they are sisters 16+ years old. Connie can't take them as she has 4 now after taking her friend's two, Penny can't take them because she'd have to pay another $50 a month for each for a pet fee on her lease. I can't let these cats go hungry, I told Beth to tell him if he'd keep the cats I"d buy food and litter for them. At least until I figure out what to do about them. Sandy is very dominant, she would not get along with two old cats plus they never saw a dog so that probably wouldn't go well with Phoenix, not that Phoenix would hurt them but they would be terrified of her.
he is your friend and protector, he will love you unconditionally, you owe it to him to be worthy of such devotion

I am not worried at all about having a long happy life. Both dogs love cats. Their house is big enough for one more furball.

I am glad they decided to keep it. However, it sounded like they did not want to.
