Is this anything to be worried about? Top of my dogs eye lid

My dog (alpha) has had a dry patch at the top of his eye for a few weeks now that keeps scabbing over. It looks a bit swollen also. We assumed he had just bashed his eye on a walk and it was just part of the healing process but it doesn’t seem to be clearing up. He is not bothered by it and it is not effecting his eye at all. Has anyone seen anything similar? Any help or advice would be appreciated. Thanks!

Hi and welcome to the forum! I don't know what that is, it could be nothing to worry about...I'm not sure. Somebody else might have better advise than me. I would probably take him to a vet.

Do NOT get the Cytopoint shot!

I haven't seen anything similar in my dogs, but I agree with the others to see the vet. You shouldn't take a chance around the eyes, is there a black spot on the lower lid also?

Please reply to this thread with any new information or opinions.
