    First Post- Need some advice

Hi, maryomg here. I signed up for this forum hoping to get some advice. My fiance picked up and injured german shepherd puppy on the side of the road that we are fostering now. He was hit by a car and needs a lot of surgery, including a leg amputation. I made a gofundme page to see if a few people could help with the medical bills and it's been going ok. I keep posting it on Facebook and a couple local animal groups are posting it too. Do any of you have advice on where else I could post it?

I'm not trying to self promote. We are just trying to get this sweet boy on his feet again so he can find a loving home.

    Thank you for all advice.

Also, I contacted my local news chanels but apparently they are only interestd in posting to their pages if the story is already viral.

I would suggest contacting german shepherd rescue. Sign him over to them and they will take care of the medical then find him a home.
he is your friend and protector, he will love you unconditionally, you owe it to him to be worthy of such devotion

You can post the information here in the "Looking for Support" section, along with the funding link and any photos you may have. You're both very kind for helping this dog, good luck and welcome to the forum!

A very warm welcome to the forum.

That's a fine thing you and your fiancee are doing. Bless your hearts.
