    Bigfoot's First Camping Trip

He had a great time playing and exploring and was a good boy in the truck and camper.

I'm glad you all had a good time, bigfoot says he's hiding bones because he's out in the wilderness and might starve. He's just getting prepared, no stores around and he's not into hunting for his food
he is your friend and protector, he will love you unconditionally, you owe it to him to be worthy of such devotion

Is that snow I see in the one photo? On a hot, humid day like today it may just be a mirage to me

Yes Esme, that's snow, there was a lot of it around still. Fishing wasn't good yet because the rivers were running too high and too cold from the snowmelt. Came back to town and it was in the 90s!

Thanks Nightowl! We let him outside too and he always stayed near the truck just like the dog. This trip he spent a lot of time in the camper though. If we're right there, he either can go in and out, or he looks through the screen door/windows. If we go off on a hike, we keep him inside and secure the camper.

There's pics in my photo albums here of him with our dog who passed on last year, you can see him out and enjoying the wilderness.

Love your new avatar of Bigfoot! Seeing that snow around there must be a common site I guess. It's great that you enjoy nature so much and it's lovely out there. Bigfoot and Loki are so sweet together

We're in Colorado Nightowl, and where we were was near the mountains in the higher elevations. This picture is us driving to our camp from last year, so this year there was less snow for sure. My cat comes when called like a dog, so he will usually come within in a short amount of time or immediately if I'm calling for him. He's just part of the pack and likes to be where we are, he doesn't seem to have any desire to leave us. Thanks for the compliment on my furbabies.
