I had the same problem with my turtle is her shell hard? my first turtles weren't and she passed away so. you should keep the water temp up just to see if you cant get her matabolism up just to get her to eat more. if she is eating well feed her alot fatten her up.

yeah i had a spider and fed it crickets and then the crickets ate the spider so I wouldnt.
