    Dog Kept on Chain So Short, She Couldn't Even Rest Her Head or Breathe Properly

    Luckily someone took action and had this dog rescued, doing so much better now in new home. Full story here.

    I can't believe someone would do that! I love the second picture!

    People are idiots! That's the only explanation for that first picture. Its heartbreaking to see an animal enduring such abuse. Very little is done to these idiots. Maybe a slap on the hand & a fine. They need to be treated like the criminals they are. We need tougher laws & An Animal Abuse Registery like sex offenders are on.

    Its upsetting to see this kind of abuse & know very little is done to the perpetrator. So glad this one had a happy ending!

    Aweee It's nice to know that there are still people willing to help poor dogs. There are really people using dogs as tools to guard their house
