Thumbs up I took Kiwi for a walk!

    Hi everyone,

I just wanted you to know that I took Kiwi, one of my Buff Orp's for a walk on her knew harness yesterday! She was a bit confused at first but had a good time on the leash exploring. Kiwi is my most docile chicken so I chose her to go for a walk. I am hoping to keep her going and them also....maybe train Blamo to walk, too. I am not going to train all of them for different reasons such as Melody does not like being touched a lot. Also, I thought you would enjoy these pictures of Kiwi's first walk:

It was fun! And she is learning well!

    My chickens are outside...for good!

Just seeing this, I was away camping when you posted. Great photos, Kiwi looks happy! First time I've seen a chicken in a harness. Kudos for training her to walk, I'm sure a couple of the others would like to get out too.

    Thank you so much Alpha1!

I am already training Cream Puff and Blamo to do it, too!
