Are their any good shock collars available that work through home router?

When I'm away and I look through the camera and see my Yorkie doing something wrong, I would like to give him a good jolt since he's very sneaky and waits until I'm not present to do things that he normally wouldn't do.

Sounds like you're seeking a cheap thrill at the expense of your little Yorkie. If you're going to own a dog, be caring enough to give them positive training when you're home. Shocking, or any other 'punishment' is not the answer. Be better.

I agree with Alpha 1 on this

There is no such thing as a "good" shock collar! They all are cruel and unnecessary. I don't know where you live, but in some countries such collars are illegal. Here is an (out of date) list:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Shock_collar#Regions_where_shock_collars_are_banned
Kindly note that such collars are also illegal in the UK:
https://www.gov.uk/government/news/cruel-electric-shock-collars-for-pets-to-be-banned--2
A more up-to-date list where the collars are banned is here:
https://www.baywoof.org/featured-article/e-collars-vs-shock-collars-whats-in-a-name
To the above lists add Italy and France, too. See (Section "You have to know the rules"):
https://starwoodpet.com/blog/pet-iquette-in-italy
and
https://www.connexionfrance.com/article/French-news/France-bans-training-dog-collars-that-cause-pain-to-animals
To use a rather apt metaphor, the net is closing in on shock collars.
If you live in the USA, their use is still legal...for now. But kindly note the view of this KPA CTP dog trainer: "I’m a KPA CTP dog trainer. The use of aversive tools and outdated dog training methods (based on dominance, pack leader theory, prong/choke/shock collars, slip leads, punishment techniques) need to come to an end. Owners deserve EDUCATED trainers who seek out humane and modern dog training education that is backed by research and science." From:
https://www.change.org/p/congress-of-the-united-states-make-shock-collars-illegal-in-the-usa/c/804867317
Forget about such outdated and cruel collars. Get a good dog trainer if you need one.
