Back to birds, I read an article about one particular Catalina macaw that prompted me to look up the species on Wikipedia. I had never heard of them. Have you ever seen one?

Birds are really amazing pets, they are beautiful and calm you don't after a stressful work. I love forums dedicated to Pets and birds in general. I quickly looked through this forum and noticed that most people have dogs and cats. It is a common phenomenon that people all over the world love quadrupeds more than animals. Oh, don't think I have anything against these wonderful creatures. I just find it a little difficult to take care of them. Personally, I have the most popular, friendly and sociable poultry on the planet. His name is Doris, and he is 3 years old. Can you imagine that Doris has been keeping me company every single night for 3 years? See his photos below! Petsoid helped me to choose the breed that will be the most convenient for me!

I used to watch the birds a lot. The pileated billed woodpeckers were always my favorite to watch. They used to come eat the berries from our elderberry tree right next to the house. We moved away and now we live in town. All we have here are the mourning doves and some cow birds and such. At least we have the mourning doves, those remind me of home-not-home-anymore when I hear them. Little things like birds can make such a big difference when your in a new place.

I really like transparent window feeders. I get treated to a complete view of a beautiful finch pecking on my window through this transparent window feeder, that great to see tiny colorful birds dropping by during the day at my house.

I have a lot of little birds flying around my house much of the time.

I also have humming birds who like the flowers that I have on my front and back decks during the warm months.
