Breed Identification?

We’re getting a new puppy that is supposedly Pyrenees and German Shepherd, but the parents look like they have other breeds mix in too. Curious what they look like to y’all?
Both parents are good livestock guards so it’s not a problem, but just curious what the puppy actually is.

It is a mixed breed/mutt and that means there is no standardisation on 'breed' if you are interested the only way to find out what mix of breeds the pup is from is to get it DNA tested.

Yes I know, just wanting to see if anyone has any ideas of what those mix breeds might be.

I'd say they do look like Pyrenees and shepherd mixes. Though I believe they're more than one generation mixed though. Like for example, I don't think the dad is Pyrenees and mom shepherd (or vise versa). I think both parent were mixed with those breeds. So keep in mind if this is true they could be inbred. If one generation only, you won't have too many, if any issues. May just be extra goofy. I've adopted two inbred dogs in the past.

Out of these breeds though you will get a large (80+ lbs), loyal, protective, guard/family dog with a possible thick, long or medium length double coat. Make sure you focus on basic command from an early age. Do not allow it to push you around at any age. Should be a moderately intelligent dog.

How old is the puppy? German shepherds are born black with folded ears and start to look like their parents during the first few weeks.
