Cool Invention: Microchip Activated Pet Feeder

Ever had problems with picky and bottomless eaters.

Scenario: You have a pet who eats slow, and another one who devours everything available to him. I just found this invention along with Alpha's post in flea-killing comb.

This is the lidded pet bowl that automatically opens only when the intended pet approaches, preventing access to other dogs or cats.
You can check this product out at Hammacher Schlemmer. Just like the microchip activated door, this allows a pet (or a group of pets) to have access to a feeder while other pets don't. Of course, it may not hinder a smart dog from pawing at it or totally destroying it.
