I live in the country so I have a typical country dog. She runs and plays and digs, getting into things she probably shouldn't. As a result, from time to time I find that she vomits things she shouldn't have eaten. Obviously, I try to prevent that but it is too easy for her to find things in the fields where we roam.
When she gets sick she usually gets over it pretty quickly. To help calm her stomach I want to give her something easy to digest for a couple of days so I feed her unseasoned steamed chicken in small pieces. I usually do that for 2 or 3 days. After that I put her back on her regular diet.
Is there any harm in using steamed chicken as a way to calm her stomach?
