Hey guys! I though I’d make a fish photo thread. Here is a place to post pictures of your wet-pet friends.

These are the kuhlis. They like to sit the the suction cups behind the heater. It’s really cute. These guys love wedging themselves into cracks and crevices. If they fits, they sits, lol.
And this is Fergus, my ADF (African dwarf frog). He is an aquatic frog. He lives with Thiery and eats purely bloodworms and mysis shrimp and my goodness, he is so dang cute.

Annnnd more pictures! I picked up a few fancy guppies. I had intended to get a trio (1 male and 2 females), but I didn’t pay enough attention at the fish store and got home and realized they are all males! They are all super beautiful and cute and get along with each other very well, I’m just deciding wether or not to get a group of females now.

This is Marlin, the one I originally picked out to be the male of the tank. Pictures of the other two coming soon.

I should probably say that the tank is not their perminate one and it used to have lots of plants and you can see what they did to them. They are going out to their 175 gallon pond in a week or two. They were kept indoors because the old pond we had was too shallow for them and froze all the way through over the winter. Again sorry about the bad lighting I should be able to get better pics of them when they move out.

Yeah, I know comets and shubunkins can SHRED plants. Even out in ponds, I’ve seen them rip plants to pieces. fancies are fine with a lot of plants, but I would not try it with and single taileds. Most single-tailed goldfish are a little rambunctious (to say the least, lol).

yeah, I always wanted an outdoor Goldie pond, but I live in Idaho and I’m not sure how to deal with freezes.
