The COVID-19 lockdown has been making a lot of animal lovers bored enough to adopt new furry friends with paws. One of the only 3 or 4 counties in Florida with stay at home orders before Governor Ron DeSantis locked down the state, Palm Beach, has more adopted dogs and empty kennels - and it is not a coincidence.
