My aunts house she rents is condemned because it has mold, and the ceilings are collapsing. My aunt moves into a trailer a few hundred feet away. I was planning on getting a towel, trapping the cat in one room. Grab it, and put it in a carrier to take it to my aunts new place. No matter how freaked out the cat is, I am gonna do this, because I don't want the cat to burn to death, because they are going to burn down the house soon.
