Why does my moms dog pee like this?

For a while now, whenever my moms dog goes pee, it comes out like one of the sprinklers that go "ch ch ch ch ch". He doesn't seem to be in pain, and just goes about his regular business afterwords. What do you think is going on?

nothing wrong with him, he may drink a lot and what goes in has to come out or he just may not empty his bladder every time he goes out. Nothing to worry about
